THE PINKERTON
Our signature restaurant, named after the legendary West Dundee resident Allan Pinkerton, offers expansive and versatile breakfast, lunch and dinner menus for the finest of palettes. Its farm fresh and seasonal fare is a unique and elevated experience destined to become one of the area’s true culinary destinations.
THE MILK PAIL
Taking its name from the original local Dundee restaurant, which opened in 1940 and offered countertop service, The Milk Pail is a casual spot for friends and family to gather. Diners can enjoy a quick sandwich, homemade soup, salad, an assortment of fresh fruits, our very own Canterfield Trail Mix and an array of fresh nuts.
TECO PUB
The TeCo Pub is named after the Terra Cotta pottery made famous in the local area by William Gates. The pub is a casual gathering spot, perfect for meeting up with friends and family, featuring mixologist-designed cocktails and a signature TeCo Pub menu with entrees fresh from our kitchen.
