Costs & Financials
What’s included in the monthly fee?
Your monthly fee includes rent, meals, utilities (excluding phone), housekeeping, scheduled transportation, wellness programs and access to community amenities. Personalized care services are available and billed separately based on your care plan.
Are there additional charges for care services?
Yes. If assistance with activities of daily living is needed (e.g., bathing, dressing, medication management), a personalized care plan will be developed and billed accordingly. All fees are discussed in detail upfront.
